Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens!

Psalm 150:1

Our main weekly Sunday Service begins at 11am at the main church building on Green Lane. Our service is built around preaching, praise and fellowship.

We believe in the importance of Biblical preaching to the Christian life. Through God’s Word we are taught the faith and equipped to serve the Lord Jesus. Each Sunday Service contains a sermon in which the preacher explores a Bible passage and helps apply it’s message to our lives.

Praise is an important part of the Sunday Service and is an opportunity to lift our voices in adoration to God. After each sermon we have a time of praise and worship. Lead by a worship team we sing a mixture of hymns, choruses and contemporary worships songs.

Church is also about fellowship and so we encourage a family atmosphere in which we have time to get to know each other during our welcome and after the service.

All are welcome to attend whether you are just interested in the Christian faith or a committed believer our doors are open to all.

Will I fit in?
Yes. We have people who will welcome you and help you to settle into the service. Church is for everyone.

What happens during a service?
The service will normally last for about one hour and a half. During this time we will sing some songs of praise and worship, listen to a message from the Bible and take communion.

Will I be pressurised into giving money?
Definitely not. As with most Churches we do have a collection during the service. If you want to give some money you can.

I have young children will that be a problem?
Absolutely not. We welcome young children who are as much a part of our church as the adults. We also run a Sunday school for young children during part of the service.

What if I have any questions?
If you have any questions or want to talk about any issue please feel free to ask. If you approach one of the people who welcomed you they will help you or direct you to someone who can.
